Polly Ogden Associates opened as a design/build firm in St. Helena in 1993, specializing in new home design and construction, additions and remodels, and historical renovations. 

Polly Ogden Polly has been a licensed General Contractor in California since 1990, is a Certified Interior Designer and a member of AIBD, American Institute of Building Designers.

Polly brings all the pieces of a home construction or remodel together, literally under one roof:

THE DESIGN/BUILD APPROACH

Unlike the traditional model of hiring different firms for the design and the construction phases, the design/build approach allows for a more integrated and seamless process by giving the client.

  • One contact throughout the project, ensuring good communication and a
    consistent translation of the client’s wishes, needs and concerns.
  • More flexibility in design and construction decisions as the project progresses
  • More control over direction and cost

In addition, Polly is not only the point person throughout the project, but remains hands-on right through, and is on-site each day during construction.
